AXESSTEL SIGNS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH BRIGHTSTAR

SAN DIEGO – Jan. 29, 2008 – Axesstel Inc. (AMEX: AFT), a leader in the design and development of fixed wireless voice and broadband data products, entered an exclusive agreement with Brightstar Corp. to distribute its CDMA fixed wireless voice and broadband data products.

Brightstar is a global leader in customized distribution and supply chain solutions for the wireless telecommunications industry. Brightstar will be the exclusive Venezuelan distributor of Axesstel’s CDMA fixed wireless voice and broadband data products, which includes phones, modems, gateways and other data devices. Under the terms of the agreement, the companies may expand this arrangement in other countries in Latin America or around the world.
