Channel Training
Brightstar Channel Operations deliver training on products and services across a range of audiences from retail store sales staff to corporate sales executives selling to major corporate customers.
Training content is developed with input from a variety of sources including the joint customer/Brightstar team, vendors, 3rd party software providers and others. Content delivery can be through a variety of different mediums, from individual store visits, education forums and on-line provision.
Through an improved end-consumer experience we aim to increase device sales for our customers and shift sales to higher-value devices. We are guided by the over-riding principle of selling the right device to the right person.
Our training service produces retail and corporate sales executives with greater confidence in presenting the device and service suite.
