Category Management & Merchandising

The Brightstar Channel Operations team manages the end-to-end retail category management of all product categories such as mobile devices, accessories, laptops, netbooks and fixed-line devices. The Brightstar team performs the forecasting, sourcing, fulfilment, order and inventory management on behalf of our customer.

The merchandising service and our field representatives ensure execution of retail strategy at the store level by:

• Ensuring adherence of store planogram guidelines
• Proper placement of POS materials
• Conducting mystery shopping programs
