Mike J. Cost

Michael J. Cost became our Sr. Vice President of Integration and Partnerships in November of 2011. In his position, Mr. Cost is focusing on developing and expanding Brightstar’s global integration and partnerships with specific focus on reverse logistics, buy-back, and retail outsourcing. Mr. Cost previously served as Global Chief Operating Officer and Chief Operating Officer for the U.S. from 2007 until October of 2011. Mr. Cost became a director in 2007. Prior to joining Brightstar, Mr. Cost was the Chief Operating Officer of Pantech Wireless, Inc. for the U.S. and Canada from 2006 to 2007. Prior to joining Pantech Wireless, Mr. Cost served in leadership roles in product and supply chain management for Cingular Wireless from 2000 to 2006. Mr. Cost holds a B.S. in law, criminal justice, and psychology from Middle Tennessee State University.
