Andrew S. Weinberg

Andrew S. Weinberg became a director in 2007 and is the strategy committee chairman. Mr. Weinberg served as our Chief Strategy Officer from 2009 to 2011 and as our Chief Operating Officer from 2008 to 2009. Mr. Weinberg is a partner at Lindsay Goldberg, which he joined in 2003. Previously, he was an associate at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the Principal Investment Area. Mr. Weinberg began his career at Morgan Stanley in the mergers and acquisitions department in New York and in the leveraged finance group in London. Mr. Weinberg holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University, and an A.B. in Economics and History from Dartmouth College. He currently serves as a Director of PL Olefins LLC, The Brock Group, Inc., PL Propylene LLC, RECON Holdings III Inc., Scandza AS, PSC, LLC, and Trygg Pharma Holding AS.
